9 | Chicago Center for Jewish Genetic Disorders and the Physicians and Surgeons Division of the Jewish United Fund celebrate family day, “Genetics: Decoding Life,” at the Museum of Science and Industry. The program is open to physicians and their families, and will feature keynote speaker Dr. Rex Chisolm, director of the Center for Genetic Medicine at Northwestern University Medical School, and children’s games and activities. 25 | Illinois Department of Public Health Conference. The Center will be attending this genetics seminar for nurses and public health professionals in Oakbrook, Illinois. |
25 | The Center is cosponsoring “Genetics of Rare Disease: Window to Common Disorders,” with the National Disease Research Interchange (NDRI) at the National Resource Center.
